Kindly fill in your physical shipping address & your phone number during checkout.

All shipping orders are facilitated by G4S  courier service (in conjunction with UPS for international shipping), which offers shipping to your doorstep in any region worldwide. If you would prefer alternative means, reach out to work our how best to fulfill your request.

An official courier shipping receipt will be sent with your order. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All taxes, duties and fees will already be covered in the shipping cost during payment. 

Local Pick-Up:

If you are local, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Lamu Island, Kenya. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready in 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available to anywhere in the world and delivered to your doorstep within a few days.  Please input precise location and phone number to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be made right after its evaluation.

Refunds 

No refunds are accepted. Only exchanges on available items in the inventory is allowed. Please check our refund policy for more information.
