Refund policy

 

No refunds are accepted.

One can only request a return in exchange for other available products in the inventory. There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your request for exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The cost of returns for exchanges is footed by the buyer.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


Refunds
There are no refunds. Only exchanges are accepted.

Upon return, you can look through the inventory and choose any other available product. If the new item costs more than the original purchase, the buyer will be expected to top up the difference.

Commissions

50% deposit is required before undertaking any commission work. 

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased.
